Jakub Gontko

I am a Writer and Director from Manchester, England. I have worked extensively across film and screen, including short films, documentary, music videos, commercials, radio and podcasts, with clients and collaborators such as Panavision, Set Notes KFC, Bauer Media and Kiss FM.

My main goal with my career is to provide opportunities for working class people and to tell working class stories. The reason being is that I come from a working class background and have recognised how little working class people are recognised.

Jakub is a VFX artist from Slovakia, he’s worked in film and television for over five years now, working on content for Netflix until now where he works as a CGI Director in Japan.
